African Black Soap Wholesale FAQ
In the sunshine of Africa, the land is fertile and full of vitality. Local women have been passing down an ancient soap-making technique for generations. Using banana leaf skins, cocoa pod husks, palm kernel oil, and shea butter oil, they heat these ingredients over a fire to create dark-colored soaps – known as African Black Soap.
It was born in West African countries such as Ghana, Togo, and Benin, and is created through the saponification of plant ash and natural oils. It does not contain any artificial dyes or synthetic fragrances, yet it can provide a balanced experience of both deep cleansing and nourishment.
Today, Poleview continues this tradition and shares it with the world. By employing modern quality management and sustainable practices, we ensure that each piece of black soap retains both "the essence of nature" and "the soul of craftsmanship.

You only need to provide your logo/design draft or style reference, and we can assist you in making your packaging ready for direct sale.Q3:What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
A: MOQ: Minimum order of 1000 pieces.
Suggestion: Simply tell us your target product, packaging format, and whether you wish to private label the product. We can provide you with corresponding MOQ suggestions and "lower MOQ alternatives" to help you control the risk of your first order.
Q4:Can you provide samples before placing a bulk order?
A:Yes.
We support two sample options for your testing and confirmation of the product:
Existing Samples
Fast shipping; you can confirm the product texture, fragrance, user experience, and packaging quality first.
Custom Samples (OEM/ODM)
Suitable for creating brand differentiation, such as fine-tuning the fragrance, color, ingredients, or confirming the packaging structure.
Suggested Process: First, confirm the direction using existing samples → then create custom samples to finalize the version. This saves time and costs.
Q5:How long is the expected production time? How long is the shipping time?
A:The time depends on whether you choose to be in stock / custom, as well as the shipping method. Usually we will determine the way for you based on these factors and choose the best option for you.
(1) Production cycle
Spot / Inventory: Depending on the amount of existing inventory, shipments can be completed directly.
Basic customization: Only customizing the packaging requires calculating the design packaging time and determining the packaging style.
Deep customization: Need to determine product formulation + determine product sampling + design and packaging time.
(2) Shipping cycle
A:Courier / air transportation: fast, suitable for samples and small batch initial orders
Shipping / rail, etc.: more economical and suitable for volume orders
✅We will provide a clear timetable before placing the order, including: sample confirmation → packaging and printing → production → quality inspection → shipping → shipping to port / door.
This allows you to push back the shelf time and marketing dates (such as promotional events, new releases, holidays).
Q6:What information do I need to provide in order to give you an accurate quote quickly?
A:As long as you provide 5 key points, we can give the MOQ, quotation and delivery plan in the shortest time, so that you know more about the product details.
The style of the product you want to make (can provide reference product pictures or documents)
Packaging design (LOGO / color box / full package)
Estimated number of first orders (or target budget range)
Target market / sales channel (standalone, Amazon, wholesale, offline, etc.)
Countries / cities of consignment (used to estimate freight costs and mode of transport)

A: Our products are exported to many countries and regions, including Europe, North America, Australia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
