How to Make Whipped Soap

1)Raw Material Inspectiont

a.Perform COA / MSDS checks on all surfaces, oils, moisturisers, flavors and toners

b.Detection of appearance, odor, viscosity, and microorganisms (on demand)

c.After they are qualified, they enter the raw material bank, and the unqualified raw material is returned directly.
2)Weighing & Batching

a.Electronically weigh accurately according to recipe proportions

b.Separate ingredient areas to prevent cross contamination

c.Complete process traceability (batch number, operator, weighing time record)
3) Base Paste Making

a.The surface active agent substrate is heated to a suitable temperature

b.Add moisturizing, moisturizing and thickening ingredients in order

c.Mix using an industrial mixer to be uniform and free of particles

d.Cool to a temperature suitable for "passing" and prepare for the next step
4)Whipping Process

This is the core process of Whipped Soap.
